Hardware Supply covers GPUs, servers, and the networking and rack infrastructure that surrounds them — sourced through authorized channels and OEM relationships, delivered against real data center timelines. Advisory covers supply chain cost reduction programs and procurement leadership — including interim and fractional CPO coverage — for the teams buying that equipment and everything around it.
Every engagement is owned by a Managing Director, with weekly cadence with the executive team and ownership of live category work. We prefer fixed-fee or capped engagements with clear deliverables and a finite timeline, so the client always knows what they are paying for and what they are getting back.
