Strategic Sourcing covers GPUs, servers, and the in- and out-of-rack infrastructure around them. We run the sourcing process through authorized channels and OEM relationships, against real data center timelines. You buy from the seller. Advisory covers supply chain support and procurement leadership, including interim and fractional CPO coverage, for the teams buying that equipment and everything around it.
Every engagement is owned by a Managing Director, with weekly cadence with the executive team and ownership of live category work. We operate on a flat fee with a bonus only when we reduce expected costs, meaning no divided interests and we make more when you spend less, so the client always knows what they are paying for and what they are getting back.
